Watercress Endive Orange Salad Recipe

| 1 large bunch watercress or Bibb lettuce, torn | ||

Directions
For dressing, in screw-top jar combine salad oil, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and honey Cover; shake well, On individual plates arrange watercress or Bibb lettuce, endive, and orange slices, Drizzle dressing over salad.
