Watercress Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 bunch watercress
1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
Chop watercress and garlic very fine.
Stir into mayonnaise; add salt to taste and lemon juice.
Chill.
