Watercress Bean Sprout Namasu Recipe

1 bunch watercress
 
1 8-oz. pkg. fresh bean sprouts
 
1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
 
1/4 cup vinegar (or 3 tbs.vinegar and 1 lemon juice)
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1/8 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Directions

Wash watercress and cut into 1-inch lengths.
Wash and cook bean sprouts in boiling water for about 2 minutes, drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds, and pour over watercress and bean sprouts that have been mixed gently together.
