|Farina||4 Tablespoon (Instant Cream Of Wheat)|

Place in food processor with 1/3 of the watercress and spinach and 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth.
Puree and remove to saucepan.
Add remaining watercress, spinach, and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil; add farina and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
