 Watercress2 Bunch (100gm)
 Radishes1 Bunch (100gm)
 Celery - 6 stalks
 Olive oil8 Tablespoon (For Soy Dressing:)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (For Soy Dressing:)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (For Soy Dressing:)
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon (For Soy Dressing:)
 Ground black pepper1 To taste (For Soy Dressing:)
 Monosodium glutamate - a pinch

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Rinse watercress and dry and chill in a damp towel.
2. Wash and slice radishes.
3. Wash and slice celery.

MAKING
4. To make the dressing, in a small bowl or in a jar with screw on type lid, combine dressing ingredients.
5. Whisk the ingredients or shake until well blended.
6. Taste and adjust seasonings.

FINALIZING
7. In a large salad bowl, combine the watercress, sliced radishes and celery.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until coated with the dressing.

SERVING
9. Serve the salad immediately while it is crisp and cold.
