Washington Stuffed Trout Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 8 , divided | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 whole trout, deboned | ||
Directions
In glass baking dish,cook 4 slices bacon on high (9) for 3 minutes or until crisp.
Drain.
Chop bacon and combine with rice, raisins, parsley, and lemon juice.
Fill each trout cavity with an equal portion of filling.
Wrap one slice bacon around each stuffed trout and place in glass baking dish.
Cook on high (9) for 5 minutes or until done.
