Washington Cherry Nut Muffins Recipe

| Pie filling | 1 Can (10 oz) (cherry) |

Directions
Whisk eggs, sugar, almond extract and oil until well blended.
Add cherries, juice and all.
Presweetened pie cherries cut down on the sugar needed.
Blend together quickly and spoon into muffin tins.
Bake until they just begin to brown on top.
Bake at 375 degrees 22 to 25 minutes
