6 puff pastry thingies
 
2 small carrots, grated
 
2 oranges, peeled and cut up
 
100 g (0.220462 lb) of smoked salmon, chopped
 
150 g (0.330693 lb) of cream cheese
 
50 ml (1/5 cup) of cream
 
1-3 teaspoons of wasabi
 
1 teaspoon of honey
 
1 egg white, lightly beaten
 
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
 
salt
 
pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 392 degrees F.
Put carrot in a bowl. Add oranges and salmon to the bowl. Add salt. Mix well.
Put cream cheese in another bowl. Add cream, honey and wasabi to the bowl. Add some salt and pepper. Mix well.
Flatten the pastry. Spread wasabi-cream cheese mixture over it. Place carrot-oranges over that. Brush with egg white. Roll the pastry. Press outer side of the pastry. Brush with egg yolk.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
