Wasabi Recipe Video
In Japan, wasabi usually comes in a tube like this. It’s like toothpaste, but it’s green. The other day we bought some wasabi that wasn’t in a tube. It was also white for some reason. We ate in two different ways.
Ingredients
| Konbu dashi | 1 | |
| Vegetable stock | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Wasabi root | 1 Teaspoon, grated |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, boil some water with konbu dashi and vegetable stock.
2. Then add some cooked rice in a bowl.
3. Poured the water over the rice.
4. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
5. Lastly, add the wasabi.
SERVING
6. Serve hot.
