Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Have ready a glass baking dish about 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
Peel, quarter and core pears.
Slice into baking dish.
Peel and half peach and slice into baking dish.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Add orange sections and grapefruit sections.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar.
Cover and bake about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, remove cover, toss fruit lightly with a fork and sprinkle in blueberries.
Cover again and continue baking another 5 minutes or until peach and pears are tender.
Spoon into serving dishes while warm.
Top each serving with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
