Warm Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups thinly shredded cabbage | ||
| 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot | ||
| 1/2 cup each finely chopped onion and green pepper | ||
| 1/4 cup each salad oil and cider vinegar | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion, and green pepper.
In a small pan, combine, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves; continue boiling for 2 minutes.
Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture and mix lightly.
Serve immediately.
