4 cups thinly shredded cabbage
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1/2 cup each finely chopped onion and green pepper
1/4 cup each salad oil and cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion, and green pepper.
In a small pan, combine, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves; continue boiling for 2 minutes.
Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture and mix lightly.
Serve immediately.
