Warm Spinach Dip In A Bread Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach package | 2 , Defrosted | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 round bread loaf (1 pound) or 3 loaves (1/2 pound each) | ||
Directions
COMBINE spinach, Swiss cheese, water chestnuts, Parmesan cheese, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
SLICE top off loaf; carefully remove soft bread from inside, leaving 1/2-inch shell.
Cut top crust and soft bread into bite-size pieces.
Spoon filling into shell; wrap loaf in foil, leaving filling exposed.
BAKE in preheated 400° F. oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
