Ingredients

 Chicken1 Can (10oz)
 Green onions4 , sliced
 Wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon Dijon-style or grainy mustard
 1 1/2 pounds small potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
 1/2 pound kielbasa or other smoked sausage, diced
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

1. In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together gravy, onions, vinegar and mustard. Stir in potatoes and kielbasa.
2. Cover with lid; microwave on high 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
