 All purpose flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground ginger1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Ground cloves1/4 Teaspoon
 Unsweetened applesauce2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Molasses1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well.
2. Combine applesauce, molasses, oil, and egg in a small bowl; add to flour mixture, stirring well.
3. Spoon batter into 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
