 Raw green cabbage - 2 cups, cut into strips
 Raw red cabbage - 1 cup, cut into strips
 Leeks1/2 Cup (16 tbs), separated into rings
 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Zucchini1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame oil2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon
 Dijon Mustard2 Teaspoon
 Caraway seed - to taste
 Ground black pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1 In a nonstick skillet, put sesame oil and vinegar.
2 Add in cabbage, zucchini, leeks, and mushrooms, when the oil is hot and stir well.
3 Add mustard, caraway seed, and pepper, and stir until vegetables are tender crisp.

SERVING
4 Serve immediately.
