Warm Broccoli & Carrot Slaw Recipe

| 2 cups broccoli stems, grated or shredded | ||
| Carrots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |

Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pressed garlic, broccoli, and carrots.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring.
Season with salt and pepper.
