| Brie Cheese- 1 (8 to 12-oz.) round | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
MAKING
2) In saucepan, place blueberries, onions, ginger, sugar , vinegar, cronstarch, salt and cinnamon, mix well.
3) Heat the blueberries mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
4) Let the blueberry mixture to boil until thickened.
5) Discard the cinnamon stick.
6) Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes or until completely cooled.
FINALIZING
7) Arrange the cheese on non-stick baking pan.
8) Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until softened.
SERVING
9) Serve the cheese warm on the serving plate topped with blueberry mixture.
