|Crisp apples||4 , cored, and cut into 3/8"-thick slices (Such As Fuji / Braeburn / Gala)|
|Low fat frozen vanilla yogurt/Soy alternative||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped toasted pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
