Walsh's Champagne Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Chopped Ice - as required | ||
| Sugar | 1 , cubed | |
| Iced Champagne | ||
| Mint sprig | 1 | |
| Fresh Lemon Rind - 1 slice | ||
| Maraschino cherry | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a highball glass, add in the chopped ice.
2) Add in a lump of sugar into the glass.
3) Pour in the iced champagne, next. Stir to mix.
SERVING
4) Serve Walsh's Champagne Cocktail chilled, garnished with mint, lemon rind and a maraschino cherry.
