Directions

Cover cracked wheat with cold water.
Let stand 1 hour.
Mix cracked wheat, walnuts, onion, green pepper, eggs, tomato sauce, pimiento, parsley, salt, basil, coriander and pepper.
Spread mixture in ungreased1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook uncovered in 350° oven until light brown, about 35 minutes.
Prepare Cheese Sauce; serve with casserole.
