Walnut Wafers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 roll (111/2 ounces) butterscotch-nut icebox cookie dough | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
Directions
Cut icebox cookie dough into 1/2 inch thick slices; halve each; shape into balls; roll in sugar; place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets; press walnut half in center of each.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 7 to 8 minutes; cool cookies 1 minute, then remove and cool on wire racks.
