Saute celery, onion and green pepper.
Chop up small mush- rooms and centers of large mushrooms and stems.
Add cracker crumbs, walnuts, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Combine mushroom and onion mixtures.
Place pat of butter in bottom of each large mush- room; stuff with filling.
Place mushrooms in flat pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
