Walnut Oat Crisps Recipe

| Grated orange peel | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat flour | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Rolled oats | 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), uncooked | |
| Diamond walnuts | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), chopped | |
| Granulated sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Flattening Cookies) |

Directions
In small bowl, combine whole wheat flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in oats and 3/4 cup of the walnuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls, and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Dip bottom of glass into granulated sugar and flatten cookies; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup walnuts.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly on baking sheet, then remove to wire racks to cool completely before storing.
