Ingredients
Condensed milk - 1/3 tin
Cocoa - 15 gms
Soda bicarbonate - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
For Butter Icing
Butter - 100 gms
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa - 2 tsps
Icing sugar - 3/4 cup
Lukewarm water - 1 1/2 tbsps
For Butter Chocolate Icing
Icing sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Water - 2 to 3 tsps
Walnuts - 3/4 cup , coarsely ground
For Yellow Icing
Icing sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa - 1 tsp
1 tsp butter
2 to 3 tsps water
3/4 cup walnuts, coarsely ground
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 150 gms
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 50 gms
Milk - 1 cup
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350F.
2 Grease a 10 cm round cake tin and dust lightly with flour.
MAKING
3 In a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda.
4 In a separate bowl, beat the milk, melted butter, condensed milk and essence.
5 Gradually fold in the sifted ingredients and mix well.
6 Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin.
7 Bake in a moderate oven until a knife insterted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
8 Keep the cake in an airtight box for 4 to 6 hours.
9 Before serving, prepare the following icings.
10 For the Butter Icing, In a bowl, cream the butter and icing sugar together.
11 Add in vanilla essence, cocoa and water.
12 Beat well until smooth and keep aside.
13 For Butter Chocolate Icing, in a bowl, add all the ingredients of the butter chocolate icing.
14 Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
15 For the Yellow Icing, In a bowl, add all the ingredients of the yellow icing.
16 Mix to combine well.
17 Cut the cake into 3 layers and sandwich with the butter icing and the yellow icing.
18 Pour the hot Chocolate Butter icing over the top and keep aside to set.
19 Coat the sides with walnuts.

20 Cut and serve.
