Walnut Whizz Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Caster sugar | 220 Gram | |
| Plain flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut | 90 Gram, desiccated | |
| Walnuts | 60 Gram, chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small | |
| Milk | 375 Milliliter | |
| Butter | 125 Gram, melted | |
| Double cream | 250 Milliliter, Whipped | |
Directions
1. Place sugar, flour, coconut, walnuts and lemon rind in a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Add eggs, milk and butter and process for 1 minute longer.
2. Pour mixture into a greased and lined 23 cm (9 in) flan dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until cake is cooked when tested. Serve warm with whipped cream.
