Editors Review

Pesto is a popular sauce which has become a staple in modern cuisine. It is so versatile that you can possibly flavor any dish using it. In the video, Robin makes pesto using walnuts instead of the traditional pine-nuts, which gives it a unique taste and texture. The sauce is rich but healthy due to "good" fats from olive oil and walnuts. This variation of pesto is highly recommended, toss it with some boiled pasta or salad for a light dinner.
