Microwave butter in large microwavable mixing bowl at HIGH (100% power) 40 seconds or until melted.
Stir in marshmallows and cinnamon.
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Quickly stir in oats, walnuts and coconut.
With wet hands, form mixture into small balls and place on wax paper-lined baking sheets.
Microwave chocolate in glass measuring cup at HIGH 2 1/2 minutes or until melted; stir.
Lightly drizzle chocolate over clusters.
Clusters may be stored at room temperature, uncovered, 4 to 5 days.
