Walnut Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Champagne vinegar OR white wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon, squeezed | |
| Dijon style Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Medium Belgium endive - 1 (about 1/4 pound), separated into leaves | ||
| Small plum tomatoes - 2, diced | ||
| Medium kiwi fruit - 1 (about 1/4 pound), pared and sliced | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Ounce, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard with a wire whisk.
2. Add in lettuce, tomatoes and endive. Toss well to coat.
SERVING
3.Take a serving bowl and transfer the salad into it. Top with walnuts and kiwi fruit.
4. Serve immediately.
