Ingredients

 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Champagne vinegar OR white wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon, squeezed
 Dijon style Mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Lettuce leaves3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Medium Belgium endive - 1 (about 1/4 pound), separated into leaves
 Small plum tomatoes - 2, diced
 Medium kiwi fruit - 1 (about 1/4 pound), pared and sliced
 Walnuts1/2 Ounce, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard with a wire whisk.
2. Add in lettuce, tomatoes and endive. Toss well to coat.

SERVING
3.Take a serving bowl and transfer the salad into it. Top with walnuts and kiwi fruit.
4. Serve immediately.
