Ingredients
Crust
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1/2 cup Butter
Center Filling
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, grated
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting
1 cup Powdered Sugar Replacement
3 tsp cocoa
2 tsp butter, melted
2 tsp orange juice
1 tsp orange rind, grated water
Directions
Combine flour, cocoa and granulated sugar replacement; work in the butter.
Spread mixture in the bottom of a greased 9 in. (23 cm) pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
Combine center filling ingredients and stir to completely mix.
Spread over crust.
Return to oven and bake 25 minutes longer.
Cool slightly.
Combine frosting ingredients and enough water to make a thick spreading paste, then spread on top of warm filling.
Cool.
Cut into 1 in. (2.5 cm) squares.
