Walnut Chocolate Crunch Doughnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Cocoa powder | 15 Milliliter | |
| 750 ml flour, all purpose | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 250 Milliliter | |
| Milk | 180 Milliliter | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Shortening | 30 Milliliter | |
| Baking powder | 10 Milliliter | |

| 60 g semi-sweet chocolate | ||
| 125 ml walnuts - pieces | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Combine half the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder together.
2) In a bowl, beat in the remaining ingredients and then stir in the remaining flour as well.
3) Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour, cut into rectangle shapes, and fry in oil.
4) Drain on paper towel.
SERVING
5) Dust with granulated sugar and serve.
