Walnut Chocolate Burritos Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips, divided | ||
| Walnuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2 flour tortillas (8 inches) | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Shortening | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup chocolate chips, nuts and cinnamon.
Place the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate; microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-15 seconds or until pliable.
Spoon chocolate chip mixture down the center of tortillas; fold top and bottom of each tortilla overfilling and roll up.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the burritos in oil for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt shortening and remaining chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
Drizzle over burritos.
