Ingredients

 Egg white1
 1/2 lb. chicken, skinned, boned, cubed
 Canola oil2 Tablespoon
 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
 Green onion1 , chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Bamboo shoots1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Walnuts3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Water chestnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Pea package1 , frozen
 Chili Sauce3 Tablespoon, prepared
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon
 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a small bowl, beat egg white lightly.
2) Place the chicken cubes to combine with egg white. Place aside for 10 minutes.
3) In a cup, add chili sauce, sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. Blend all together and set aside.

MAKING
4) In a wok or large skillet, add oil to heat up.
5) Add ginger root, onion and garlic to sauté.
6) Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until chicken is opaque, about 3 minutes.
7) Place in bamboo shoots, walnuts, water chestnuts and pea pods. Stir-fry all together for 2 to 3 minutes.
8) Stir in the chili-sauce mixture to coat all the chicken pieces evenly.

SERVING
9) Serve immediately by sprinkling roasted sesame seeds on top.
