Walnut Butterscotch Cookies Recipe

2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup granulated brown sugar replacement
1/4 cup granulated fructose
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Sift together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar; set aside.
Using an electric mixer on Medium, beat the margarine, brown sugar replacement, and fructose until well blended.
Add egg and beat well.
Beat in vanilla .Gradually stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in walnuts.
Shape dough into one 13 in. (33 cm) roll.
Wrap dough in wax paper, and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Cut roll into 54 slices.
Place slices on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheets and place on racks.
