Walnut Biscuits Recipe
According to me Walnut Biscuits is what is called a perfect treat! I served it for my in laws last week and they loved it. Try this Walnut Biscuits and you will understand why it is my favorite too!.

Ingredients
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons soft margarine | ||
| Light brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Self rising flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Apple pie spice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1/2 , beaten | |
| Walnut halves | 12 | |
Directions
1 Beat together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
2 Using a metal spoon, fold in the flour and spice with the egg. Mix well.
3 Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth.
4 Roll into 12 even sized balls and arrange 6 on an ungreased 30 x 20 x 5cm/ 12x8x2 inch ovenproof glass dish (three down each side).
5 Press half a walnut on top of each one, and microwave on power 7 for 4 minutes.
6 Remove from microwave oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to cooling rack.
7 Repeat with remaining 6 biscuits (cookies).
