Waldorf Bake Recipe

1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 medium apples
Directions
Combine mayonnaise and apple juice in a medium bowl, stirring until mixture is smooth.
Stir in diced celery, raisins, and walnuts.
Core apples; dice and immediately fold into mayonnaise mixture, stirring well.
Transfer mixture to a 1-quart casserole, cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.
Serve immediately.
