Waldorf Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Apples | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 cup Tokay grapes, halved and seeded (optional) | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
In a large serving bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
Add celery, grapes, and nuts.
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, blending well.
Pour over fruit, tossing gently to mix.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
