Ingredients

 Apples2 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted dry-roasted walnuts
 1/2 cup raisins or halved seedless grapes
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup Yogurt Cheese

Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
