|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

Sift together cake flour, cocoa and salt.
Mix all above ingredients with buttermilk.
Add vanilla and red food coloring and mix well.
In separate dish, mix vinegar with baking soda; mix well and add to batter (it will fizz).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Waldorf Astoria Frosting: Make pudding, using 1 cup milk and 3/4 cup flour.
Mix well and cook over medium fire till thick.
Beat with a mixer the Nucoa, sugar, Crisco and vanilla.
When pudding is cooled, add to the well-beaten mixture which will be real fluffy.
Keep beating until real creamy.
Frost cake, then cover it completely with angel flake coconut.
