Waffles with Strawberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
8 homemade or frozen waffles
Directions
Drain strawberries, and save juice.
Blend juice with cornstarch, orange juice and lemon juice in medium saucepan.
Stir until smooth.
Bring to boil; stir until thick and translucent.
Add strawberries.
Serve warm over cooked waffles.
