Waffles Recipe
Ingredients
| Pastry flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Baking powder | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Fat | 6 Tablespoon, melted |
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add gradually milk mixed with beaten egg-yolks and melted fat.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg-whites.
Bake on hot waffle iron.
