Wacky Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cake flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup liquid shortening
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions
Combine cake flour, cocoa, sugar replacement, baking soda and salt in sifter.
Sift into large bowl, add remaining ingredients and beat to mix.
Pour into 9 in. (23 cm) square baking dish.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
