Ingredients
4 slices reduced calorie bread
1 cup skim milk
2 oz. turkey ham, cubed
1 egg
1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Arrange bread cubes in a single layer; top evenly with ham and cheese.
Mix egg, milk and seasoning to taste.
Pour over other ingredients.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until knife comes out clear.
Cool a few minutes before cutting.
