Vitello Tonnato Recipe

Ingredients
| Veal slice | 18 , roasted | |
| Capers | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green onions, chopped 3 | ||
| Anchovies | 6 , chopped | |
| Mayonnaise 1 cup Juice of 1 lemon | ||
| Tuna fish | 6 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
Place veal slices on a large platter.
Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients and mixing or blending until smooth.
Spoon sauce over veal and refrigerate.
Garnish with tomato and lemon slices and serve.
