Vitamin Bread Recipe

| Soy oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Yeast cake | 1⁄4 Ounce | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dates | 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs) | |
| Raisin | 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs) | |
| Nut | 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs) |

Directions
Cover until lukewarm.
Dissolve honey in 1/4 cup warm water and blend with yeast cake.
Stir in soybean oil and add to the oatmeal.
Beat well and cover.
Let rise in a warm place until double its bulk.
Then add 1/2-cup dates, raisins and nuts.
Add sufficient wholewheat flour to make a soft dough, with 1 tspn.
salt.
Knead and make into two loaves.
Place in pans, let rise and bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
