Ingredients

 Chicken broth2 Quart
 Onion1 Small, diced
 Butter1/4 Pound
 Peanut butter1 Pint
 Celery stalks2 , diced
 3 tablespoons four
 Celery salt1/3 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Ground peanuts

Directions

Melt butter in cooking vessel and add onion and celery.
Saute for 5 minutes, but do not brown.
Add flour and mix well.
Add hot chicken broth and cook 1/2 hour.
Remove from stove, strain, and add peanut butter, celery salt, and lemon juice.
Just before serving, sprinkle with ground peanuts.
