Virgin Rickey Recipe
Ingredients
| Juice of limes- 44 | ||
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Ounce | |
| Sparkling water | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a blender, put the first 3 ingredeints along with ice, blend it for 30-40 seconds
2. Place 2 old fashioned glasses and pour the mixture in it, also top the glass with sparkling water, stir properly
SERVING
3. Serve with a slice of squeezed lemon decorated on the top
TIPS
This drink can also be served in sugar dipped glasses , if you plan to serve in these glasses then make sure you not to include sugar while making the rickey.
