 Ground beef2 Pound
 2 2 1/4-oz. cans deviled ham
 Hot Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
 Dry red wine3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Toast points
 2 tbsp. minced parsley Cheddar cheese spread in pressure can
 Frozen French-fried potatoes
 Sauteed whole mushrooms

Directions

Combine the beef, ham, hot sauce and pepper and mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Place in a flat dish and pour the wine over the patties.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Drain, reserving the wine.
Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the patties on both sides, then add the reserved wine.
Cook to desired degree of doneness and place on toast points.
Sprinkle with the parsley, then spoon pan juices over top.
Top with rosette of cheese.
Prepare the French fries according to package directions and serve with patties.
Garnish with mushrooms.
