Vinaigrette Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| French dressing | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Fresh tarragon - 2 teaspoons, finely chopped OR Fresh tarragon - 1/4 teaspoon, dried | ||
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Sour pickle - 1, finely chopped | ||
| Egg white - 1 hard-cooked , chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Combine French dressing, mustard, onion, parsley, tarragon, capers, sour pickle and egg white.
2.Blend the ingredients well until smooth.
SERVING
3.Serve as condiment
