Vinaigrette Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Black pepper | 1 , freshly ground | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pickles | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Chervil | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients well and chill.
Serve chilled with chilled seafood on the half shell or heat to lukewarm and serve with hot boiled beef.
