Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Clove - 1 garlic, quartered | ||
| Liquid artificial sweetener - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Paprika - a generous shake | ||
| Mixture of dried dill, tarragon, rosemary and thyme - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a jar, put together all ingredients, close tightly and shake well until blended.
FINALISING
2. Refrigerate until chill.
SERVING
3. Shake the jar well and drizzle over green salad or hot cooked asparagus, broccoli and spinach.
TIPS
As the Vinaigrette ages, it-€™s taste improves, so you can double the recipe and refrigerate it.
