Ingredients

 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Clove - 1 garlic, quartered
 Liquid artificial sweetener - 1/4 teaspoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Paprika - a generous shake
 Mixture of dried dill, tarragon, rosemary and thyme - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a jar, put together all ingredients, close tightly and shake well until blended.

FINALISING
2. Refrigerate until chill.

SERVING
3. Shake the jar well and drizzle over green salad or hot cooked asparagus, broccoli and spinach.

TIPS
As the Vinaigrette ages, it-€™s taste improves, so you can double the recipe and refrigerate it.
